This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit evitania.com (the “Site”), the website of the game Evitania Online. The Site is operated by KPIBOX LLC, 203 NE 4th Court, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, United States (“we”, “us”).

The Site is an informational page about the game with links to its Steam store page. It has no user accounts, forms or purchases. Data processed inside the game itself is covered by the game’s Privacy Policy.

1. What we collect

We do not ask you to provide any personal information on the Site. Some information is collected automatically when you visit:

• Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, the referring page and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
• Campaign data: if you arrive from an advertisement or a link with campaign parameters (such as utm_source), these parameters are passed on to the Steam store link so we can see which campaigns bring visitors.
• Interaction data: whether you clicked the “Play for free on Steam” button.
• Cookie and pixel data: collected by the third-party tools described below.

2. How we use it

• to operate, secure and improve the Site;
• to measure how many visitors come to the Site and go on to the Steam page;
• to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, including showing our ads to people who visited the Site.

These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers to count visits and clicks on the Steam button and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
• Steam store widget and links (Valve Corporation) — the home page displays a widget from the Steam store, which may set Valve’s own cookies. When you follow a link to Steam, Valve’s privacy policy applies.
• Hosting (GoDaddy) — our hosting provider processes standard server logs.

We also store a small flag in your browser’s local storage so that a repeated click on the Steam button is not counted twice. It contains no personal information.

4. Cookie consent and your choices

If you visit the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies and pixels are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can accept or reject all of them, or choose separately: Analytics (Google Analytics) and Marketing (Meta, Google Ads and Reddit pixels). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the following bases: our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Site (server logs and basic measurement), and your consent where the law requires it for advertising cookies and pixels. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, for the purposes described in this policy, or when required by law.

7. International transfers

We and our providers are located in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not keep our own database of Site visitors. Server logs and data collected by third-party tools are retained according to the policies of those providers.
